New for 2025: NY Auto Laws and Coverage Options
(3 Credit Hours)

The NY Auto Laws and Coverage Options course takes a deep dive into personal auto insurance, focusing on common NY regulations and the coverage considerations they carry. We discuss PIP, MVAIC, Financial Responsibility, TNCs and other personal auto statutory situations, as well as common coverages. An overview of auto coverage in NY and the DMV is also provided. This course is approved for the following licenses only: BR, PC, PA ,C3  (3 credits). 

Flood Policies, Property & Coverage Parts: Basic Flood Insurance Training
(1 Credit Hour)

This class provides an overview of general flood concepts to those who are unfamiliar with flood insurance. Focus is given to essential information for flood customers to know and for agents and brokers to explain, like the NFIP definition of flood, general policy guidelines, coverage parts and basement coverage limitations. This course meets the NYS regulation to include: 1 hour of basic flood.  This course is approved for the following licenses: BR, PC, PA ,C3. (1 credit).  

Anatomy of a Property Damage Claim: From Disaster to Recovery
(BONUS Live Demos & Discussion)

Ever wonder what happens during a property damage claim? In this course, attendees will follow two damaged properties from disaster to full recovery, learning key restoration concepts and the roles of various parties involved in a property claim. Attendees will walk away with valuable knowledge about the property claims and restoration process and a better understanding of how to help policyholders before, during, and after a property loss.

Participants can register for either or both CE courses, based on their current ce renewal needs.
