Rochester Fire Restoration was great to work with. Chris and his crew were very quick to respond when we had a water heater burst and flood our basement. They quickly got to work and did their best to minimize the damage caused by the water. Chris guided us through every step of the process, from the clean up and removal of damaged materials, to working with the insurance company and the claims process, to the final steps of making sure the basement was dry and free of mold. Chris and his crew were friendly, thorough and respectful of our home. They made an unexpected crisis manageable. Would highly recommend them to anyone in need of this type of service.

Rochester Fire Restoration did a great job planning and providing the service to remodel our entire kitchen. Chris and his site manager Kurt were awesome with the planning , communication and follow through for the entire project. Anything that needed to be done was done very well and in a timely manner. The owner of Rochester Fire Restoration, Chris Muoio, was a name that came highly recommended. He and his wife make an excellent team, they both made sure I had all the details and explained how the process worked together with my insurance. They worked tirelessly to have everything prepared and accounted for well in advance, so that we could move back into our home as he promised, by Jan 1st, and he DELIVERED! He brought me Kurt, the best project manager!! I could not have been happier! They are a highly organized team, mature, professional, high tech, and have extremely high standards. Every concern was matched above my expectations in a timely manner. If I had to go back and start over, I would absolutely hire Chris again. He is the guy!! We had a tree fall on our house. Chris and his team put new roof on, repaired windows, painted outside and in, new carpets, dry wall and more. This was all completed in 3.5 weeks. They all were on time, courteous, clean and did great jobs! Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done. Thank you Chris and team!!!!
